Today we are celebrating our Sweet P's five-month birthday and we have lots to celebrate.
Paige is now eating solids for pretty much every meal and this week we have started fruits and vegetables {and boy can we tell a difference in her diapers now}. She has really gotten good at opening her mouth for the spoon and since adding new flavors it doesn't all come right back out.
She's sitting up well. While she still needs support, she can sit like this for a long time...
Until she finally folds, so good thing we have these bumper pads around her.
But we are getting lots of practice and she appreciates her new found view of the world.
And she's about to take off crawling. She went from just being able to push up to her elbows and knees to being steady on all fours and rocking back and forth. Now she just has to learn to move the arms and knees forward and get everything in sync.
Our little baby is growing up too quickly!

She is a little mover and shaker! It seems like she is doing things quicly!! Her eyes are gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny, because I was totally prepared for her to be nothing like her brother and so far, she is keeping up with him tit for tat. He crawled by 6 months and pulled up to standing shortly there after. It's definitely going by very fast!!
