3rd Annual Labor Day on 30-A

Some of you may remember the post from last year of our annual trip with the Ginns and Clicks to the Beaches of South Walton. This year's trip took us a little farther east to Seacrest Beach {right between the quaint communities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches} to the "Happy Hour" beach house.

It's become quite a tradition, but each year it gets more and more difficult to accommodate the growing families and to get around to many activities with so many young children. One long weekend simply isn't enough. Still we appreciate the little time we have and our children {who tend to run amok all weekend} enjoy sleepovers and fun with their friends. While we could table the trip until the babies get older, I'm sure we'll have a whole different set of issues to contend with as the boys and girls grow older.

Our first day at Seacrest Beach in the huge pool!

Logan, Jack, Abby and Olivia eating rainbow cookies.

Dinner at La Cocina.

In the past week Paige has perfected the solo standing.

All of the kids play with puppies.

Carson, the baby of the group last year, has gotten so big and changed so much over the last year.

Logan was just under 3 months old on the first annual Labor Day trip. That seems like just yesterday.

The Ginn Family.

The Click Family.

Most of the gang.

The kids loved splashing in the waves in their clothes!

Trying to capture our annual kids group photo. As you can see, it didn't go so well.

The best one yet. Sadly, sans Logan.

My two sweeties {at least for a moment}.

It was stressful, crowded and loud but there are always great memories made!
