Graduation Day

Just before Jack's 2nd birthday, he started scaling the side of his crib, so within a few weeks we moved him to a toddler bed. Now that we are expecting baby girl Grooters in two short months, we are in need of the crib mattress, so we decided it was time for a real big boy bed. Check out how much our baby has grown up...

The bed is the Catalina bed from Pottery Barn Kids. It matches almost perfectly with the crib, which is the Dana crib. This will be Jack's bed until the little girl is ready for a big girl bed. Jack's new bedding (the sheets are already on the bed -- a great find from TJ Maxx for only $20 and match perfectly with the rest of his bedding) should be done very soon. The baby girl's crib bedding is pretty much done (just need to find a sheet). More pics to come when we have the room painted and the bedding all in place.
